Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Hindivine account and what happens to your data.

Delete from the app

Open the Hindivine app and sign in
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm by entering your registered phone number

If you've already uninstalled the app

Email info@hindivine.com from the address on your account, or include your registered phone number. We'll confirm your identity and process the request within 7 working days.

Deletion is permanent. It cannot be undone. If you use Hindivine again later, your clinic will set you up with a new account and your previous app history will not be restored.

What is deleted

Your sign-in credentials — you can no longer log in
All active sessions, on every device
Your access to messages with your dietitian
Your app's link to your records — diet plans, weight history, reminders and appointments stop appearing in the app permanently

What is kept, and why

Your clinic keeps your medical record, including your name and contact details. Healthcare providers in India are required to retain patient records for a defined period, and this obligation exists independently of the app.

That record is held by your clinic as your healthcare provider. It is no longer reachable from the app or connected to any app account. To ask your clinic about the record it holds, contact the clinic directly.

How long it takes

Deletion from the app is immediate. Email requests are processed within 7 working days.
